About Casper
I have been programming since I was fourteen and have spent more than ten years building enterprise systems professionally — for years as tech lead at route.nl, then as founding cloud engineer at mosa.cloud, where a small team and I built the platform from scratch. Since 2024 I have worked as an independent software engineer for a range of clients — from startups to agencies and platforms.
I believe in software that empowers people and makes an impact: solidly built, clearly explained, no fuss. I work fully remotely: my clients are mostly in the Netherlands, while I am based in Portugal — one hour apart, so I am reachable through the Dutch working day. Work outside the Netherlands is welcome too. A fixed daily rhythm, full focus on one project at a time.
